What You’ll Do:

• Act as the face of Equality Marketing by engaging with the public and promoting our fundraising initiatives.
• Deliver compelling presentations to inspire support for causes that matter.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community members.
• Work on commission-based campaigns with opportunities for growth and reward based on your performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve your skills and strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communicators with a natural ability to connect with people in person.
• Passionate about social impact and driven to make a difference.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently while thriving as part of a dynamic team.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is an advantage, but a strong desire to help and grow is most important.
