Dominador Jr. joined Equality in 2021 and quickly become a senior member of the fundraising team. Now our Field Operations Manager in Sydney, Australia he has worked all across the Philippines championing local non-profits and global charities.
What started as campaigning for local NPOs in the Philippines has grown into a mission to support the Equality’s efforts in building meaningful and impactful campaigns across Australia. One of the most inspiring aspects of this work is the diversity of people coming together to create real, lasting change – a testament to what the Equality stands for.
I aim to continue inspiring and empowering fundraisers around the world — reminding them that what we do matters. We’re not simply fundraisers; we are changemakers, helping create a better future, one conversation at a time.
Mary
Mary Carl began her career in fundraising in 2020. In 2024, she stands out as our top fundraiser, in both volume and quality. Recently, she has been actively involved in retraining programmes for fundraisers and organising road trips across the country.
I worked with different industries for years, but fundraising is something that made me stay for longer and lots of realizations in life. Working with Equality Marketing made me appreciate and realize how grateful I am. The opportunity they are providing are not only growing but given us the opportunity to change somebody's lives. Chester
Chester has been in the fundraising industry since 2019. After championing fantastic causes across the country as a seasoned fundraiser, Chester is now focussed on training fundraisers, building a teams, and opening his own location.
It’s been 3 years working with Equality Marketing and I’m loving it especially travel opportunities and financial freedom! Because of EQ I’ve been through a lot of places around the Philippines and get a chance to work and travel in Malaysia/Singapore, those are the travel opportunities that was given to me when I was performing consistently.
